The Kiwichi is a natural plant form the high Peruvian Andes recent scientific explorations have discovered kiwicha seeds in Incas tumbs with more than 4,000 years.

There are more than 1,200 variety of kiwicha plants in Peru, but the most well known is the Noel Vietmeyer (pink from Cusco)

The Kiwicha is a high caloric nutrient from 13 to 18% paretic value with high leves of lisina, calcium, phosphors, Iron, potassium, zinc vitamin E and B complex,

Their nutritional properties of the Kiwicha have been tested in the NASA space program.
